Top 6 ZO Skin Health clinics in North England [review 2024]

Vanessa Gibbs

You may have already heard about ZO Skin Health, the leading skincare brand with products that can help with everything from signs of ageing to acne, hyperpigmentation to rosacea. But where can you get your hands on the products? As ZO uses a high level of active ingredients, the products are only available after a consultation with a skincare professional.

Although this may sound like extra work, it’s actually a good thing. ZO products are stronger and therefore much more effective and provide visible results much quicker than high street skincare brands. To make sure they’re right for you, you’ll need to speak with a skin expert from a ZO approved stockist who can recommend which products to use.

Approved stockists can be found across the UK and include medispas, dermatologists and plastic surgeons. If you’re based in the north of England, you’ve got plenty of choice. Here are six ZO Skin Health approved stockists to consider:

6. Erase Aesthetics Clinic, Marton-in-Cleveland, Middlesbrough

5. Facestetics, Moortown, Leeds & Horbury, Wakefield

4. The White Rooms Clinic , Liverpool City Centre

3. Skin Doctor Clinics, locations in York, Leeds & Manchester

2. Eterno Aesthetics, Sheffield

1. Newcastle Skin Clinic, Gateshead, Newcastle

Our top 6 picks of ZO Skin Health stockists in North England

However, if you'd prefer to visit a clinic in-person and live in the North of England, we've made some top picks of clinics and dermatologists that are approved to recommend  and sell ZO Skin Health products:

6. Erase Aesthetics Clinic, Marton-in-Cleveland, Middlesbrough

Erase Aesthetics Clinic is an award-winning clinic based in Middlesbrough. It was started in 2015 and is run by qualified nurses, ex-NHS professionals and experts with years of experience. Treatments range from hair removal to cryotherapy. For skincare, you can book a consultation through their website.

The clinic offers 30-minute consultations with a member of the Erase team. The consultations can be done online and they’re free. At the time of writing, we were unable to confirm whether this was a service being offered long-term.

5. Facestetics, Moortown, Leeds & Horbury, Wakefield

Facestetics is a skincare clinic with locations in both Leeds and Wakefield. It’s run by Helen Davison, who started her career as a dentist before moving into aesthetics. Facestetics offers treatments like microneedling and fillers, as well as advice and consultations on ZO Skin Health products.

You can book a consultation by filling out the website’s contact form or phoning the clinic directly. Facestetics sometimes offer these consultations for free. We’re not sure how much they cost when they’re not complimentary, however. We are also unsure whether the clinic offers online consultations, so best to check by calling the clinic before you book.

Here’s what one customer said about the clinic:

I have been using the ZO skincare range on Helen's recommendation and it has already made a big difference to the texture and pigmentation of my face. Helen's product knowledge and understanding of the range is excellent.”

4. The White Rooms Clinic, Liverpool City Centre

Based in Liverpool, the White Rooms Clinic is run by a team of nurses with 30 years of experience and a speciality in performing aesthetic procedures. As well treatments like botox, chemical peels and facials, the clinic also sells a range of skincare products like ZO Skin Health.

To discuss ZO skincare products, you can book a free consultation with one of the White Room Clinic’s experts by calling or emailing them. At time of writing, it does not appear that the clinic offers online video skincare consultations.

3. Skin Doctor Clinics, locations in York, Leeds & Manchester

Skin Doctor Clinics have branches in York, Leeds and Manchester—and even London if you’re venturing down south. There are treatments to tackle everything from wrinkles to hyperpigmentation and rosacea. The clinic is run by a team of doctors, the head of which has 30 years of experience in medicine.

For skincare consultations, the website asks that customers get in touch via the website’s form or phone to book. Consultations usually happen in person in the clinic. If you choose this clinic, call them to check prices as it is not clear online. At the time of writing, Skin Doctor Clinics do not appear to offer virtual or video skin consultations.

2. Eterno Aesthetics, Sheffield

Eterno Aesthetics in Sheffield offer treatments like micro needling, chemical peels and fillers as well as some professional skincare products. The clinic is run by Hannah Depledge, who’s a nurse with over 10 years experience.

The clinic offers free online consultations where you can speak with Hannah to see if ZO skincare products are right for you.

Here’s one 5-star review on the clinic:

Hannah was really helpful, honest and informative. I was looking for someone to provide guidance and she did just that. Really looking forward to starting my new skin regime and coming back in 6 weeks to see how things are going!"

1. Newcastle Skin Clinic, Gateshead, Newcastle

This medispa in Newcastle was founded by Luisa Scott, a skin expert, award-winning aesthetic director and nurse who has worked on London’s famous Harley Street. The clinic offers treatments like lip fillers, botox and non-surgical facelifts

For ZO products, Newcastle Skin Clinic offers free video consultations you can do from home. You’ll speak to Luisa who’ll analyse your skin and recommend the best ZO products to help with your concerns. You’ll have to pay a £50 deposit which is then either refunded after your consultation or it can be put towards any products you decide to buy.

Here’s what one 5-star review had to say:

Excellent online consultation, all my questions were answered. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.”
