We understand that problems with your facial skin can cause distress in many different ways, leading to poor self-image or reduced confidence. Whatever your reason for wanting to improve your skin health, we can help.
We offer free video skincare consultations with our Skin Experts. They will carry out a thorough analysis of your skin and discuss your concerns. We take into account your medical history and budget to provide you with recommendations for professional, medical-grade products to be used at home. Our consultations are free, with no obligation to buy from us. If you choose some of our professional skincare products, we will deliver them straight to your door.
Our skin experts help our clients achieve fantastic results for all of the following skin concerns: Acne, Rosacea, ageing skin, sun damage, dry skin, pigmentation problems, excess surface oil, blocked/open pores, uneven tone, redness and sensitivity.

We offer a variety of consultations to suit both new and existing clients. In addition, if you have used any of our brands before, you can complete our simple order form.
If you are new to Face Dr and would like an in-depth consultation and skincare advice, please book our free 30-minute consultation. Our Skin Experts will carry out a thorough assessment of your skin (make-up free if possible) and discuss any concerns you are having. We will give you a detailed analysis and, taking into consideration your medical history, will provide you with a recommendation for medical-grade, cosmeceutical skincare. You are welcome to purchase with us (but there is no obligation) and we will deliver to your door, free of charge. Please note we can only ship to addresses within the UK and NI.
If you are already using ZO Skin Health, Obagi Medical or AllSkin Med products and you need a simple review, please choose a free 10-minute phone or video consultation. This is ideal for people who are established on a regime that does not require significant adjustment. If you feel that you need a more in-depth chat though, you are very welcome to book the 30-minute consultation.

You may be wondering why we don’t have product prices on display? Don’t worry, we’re not trying to hide them. In the UK, ZO Skin Health, AllSkin Med & Obagi Medical prohibit any official stockist from showing prescription-only prices online.

Evonne had long standing hyperpigmentation affecting the forehead and mid-cheek. She also had pigmented sun spots around the cheekbones. She was using the ZO fundamental five to prepare the skin, before we started her on the ZO Skin Brightening Programme & Texture Kit. These photos were taken only six weeks apart, after we started ZO brightening treatments to purge and blend the pigment. The key products in this transformation were Brightalive, Retinol Skin Brightener and Wrinkle & Texture Repair.

Jayne suffered with debilitating flare-ups of painful cystic Acne Vulgaris. Initially, we simply started the ZO Gentle cleanser, Complexion renewal pads and Complexion clearing masque. This change was brought about in only six weeks and it was the masque which exerted the most positive change in the skin. We then added Daily Power Defence, Daily sheer SPF and Growth Factor serum over the coming months, to maintain a healthy skin barrier, reduce inflammation and hydrate.

Svetlana had significant melasma, seen here on the central forehead and cheeks. The resulted in a muddy and dull complexion. We prepared the skin for ZO treatment products, using the Daily Skincare kit which contains fundamental products: Exfoliating cleanser, Exfoliating polish, Complexion renewal pads and Daily Power Defense. The level of brightening this achieved in only six weeks is really amazing, and already so much of the hyperpigmentation had reduced. We are now progressing to a Brightening programme to complete the treatment: Brightalive, Retinol Skin Brightener and Wrinkle & Texture Repair.

Kirsty suffered with severe Acne affecting the cheeks, chin and jawline. She started the ZO Fundamental five: Exfoliating cleanser, Oil control pads, Dual Action Scrub, Daily Power Defense and Daily Sheer SPF. We also added the Complexion Clearing masque to be used as a 15-minute evening mask or an overnight on-the-spot treatment. She is shortly going to progress to a Brightening programme to lift the residual Acne scarring and improve texture and tone.

Natasha had oily skin which was prone to breakouts, and this caused issues with texture, pores and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. We started with the ZO Daily skincare kit to prepare the skin for more potent treatment products and these photos were taken only six weeks after starting this regime. We then progressed to the Brightening Programme and Texture repair kit and this will lift and blend the remaining pigment, and target any scarring in the skin.

Clare had hyperpigmentation due to sun damage, affecting most parts of the face but particularly the outer edges and mid cheek. She was also prone to breakouts on the cheek area. We used the ZO Skin Brightening Programme & Texture Kit plus Oil control pads and it has made a huge difference to her skin texture, tone and luminosity. We have since added Exfoliation Accelerator to complete the skin rejuvenation.
