What to expect from your online skincare consultation

Simply choose a time that works for you and book your free 30 minute consultation.

You will be sent a video invite and your Skin Expert will join your video call at the time of your choice. (Don't worry, we'll also send you a reminder!)

Your Skin Expert will listen to your skin concerns, analyse your skin and will provide professional advice and discuss what products you will need to improve your skin.

We will pop your product recommendations into your Face Dr account so you can cherry pick which, if any, you'd like to purchase online at your leisure. Your Skin Expert will send you a detailed guide on how to use each product and in which order, too!

How do I book my free video skincare consultation?

If you are brand new to Face Dr, simply click here, choose Free Video Skincare Consultation and enter a few of your details. It should take you no longer than a few minutes to book your consultation. If you are a returning client and would like a review appointment, you can do so by logging into your Face Dr account here.

How do I prepare for my online skincare consultation?

1. Check your internet connection - you need a mobile or WIFI internet connection to join your Face Dr video call, so make sure that's all working beforehand so you don't have any trouble joining.

2. Find somewhere quiet to take your call, with a bright light so that your Skin Expert can see your skin properly. It may also be beneficial to remove any makeup if you'd like us to take a look at your skin more closely.

3. Grab a pen and paper and jot down any questions you might have for us. You may want to write any hints and tips down during the call!

What can I expect during my video skincare consultation?

Your Skin Expert will ask you a number of questions about your concerns, medical history and current skincare routine - so if you need to prepare anything for us, do this in advance. We will then advise you of the best skincare regime for your skin, within your budget.

How much does a video skincare consultation with Face Dr cost?

Our skincare consultations and reviews are free of charge. Our advice to you, and guidance on your skin, is all free and we will guide you through your skincare journey every step of the way. There is absolutely no obligation to buy your skincare products from us if you decide our advice isn’t right for you.

Where do Face Dr ship to?

We have been helping people across the UK to get their prescriptive skincare products to them. We offer Video Skincare Consultations and Video Review Consultations to absolutely anyone who wishes to have one, across the UK, and as long as you live in the United Kingdom or have an address here that we can ship to, we will be able to post your products directly to you.

How can I reorder my skincare products?

Do I need to remove my makeup before my consultation?

It's completely up to you. However, if you'd like a Skin Expert to take a good look at your skin, it may be better to remove your makeup first.
