Product details

Obagi-C RX Balancing Toner is specifically designed for those with normal to oily skin. Gets rid of any remaining makeup residue or excess oil that sits in your pores and adjusts your skin's pH in preparation for any products that follow.

Directions for use

Use twice daily AM & PM after cleansing your skin.
Pump a small amount (3-4 pumps) onto a cotton pad and gently swipe over entire face.
Let your skin dry, and do not rinse.
